Early Childhood
The early childhood period is the time when a child’s brain develops at a rapid rate creating plenty of opportunities for learning and development. This happens in a variety of settings (homes, schools, health facilities, community-based centers); and involves a wide range of activities from child care to nutrition to parent education. A child can have a good start in life when he/she grows up in a nurturing and stimulating environment that meets his/her essential needs such as nutrition, health, and safety, as well as the psychological, social, spiritual, and intellectual needs. Therefore, it is important to address children’s needs holistically because the absence of one or more essential needs can lead to negative developmental outcomes. We at Retain Smilez with the help of trained professionals reach out to the remote areas and provide them with counseling and help them come out of it.
Weekend Classes for Drop-Outs
Every child is special in their own way, still few cannot cope up with the world as it flows so for such children we provide extra coaching and help them stand with the world and build a better future and help their families. We provide them guidance and realistic support. Students, who need help conquering some barrier to their education come to the center, describe their problem to an intake receptionist trained by Retain Smilez and staff takes over. Our representatives connect students to the appropriate agencies. We will provide a One-Stop Center for more than 300 students with counseling, child care, transportation, tutoring, college planning, goal setting, and referrals for employment and health care.
Skill Development
The objective of this Skill development centre is to enable a large number of Indian youth to take up relevant skill training that will help them in securing a better livelihood. Individuals with prior learning experience or skills will also be assessed and certified. Under this Scheme, Training and Assessment fees are completely taken care of by us. We organize training courses at different locations; these courses include software designing, photography, office automation, a diploma in IT, English language, painting and many such courses.
