Our Mission
At Retain Smilez, we believe empowered women build empowered communities. Our women empowerment programs focus on supporting widows, deserted women, and young girls by providing them with opportunities for self-reliance and financial independence. Through targeted initiatives, we address socio-economic inequalities and help women regain dignity and confidence in their lives.
We encourage skills such as tailoring, embroidery, knitting, farming, and beauty training to enable sustainable livelihoods. By guiding school dropouts and marginalized women toward income-generating activities, Retain Smilez ensures they not only support their families but also become role models for others in their community.
Skill Develpoment
Skills development with a focus on employment is the foundation of our empowerment programs. We recognize that educational degrees alone may not guarantee jobs, but practical vocational skills can open doors to employment and entrepreneurship. Retain Smilez provides a structured platform for women and youth to acquire relevant skills that match today’s job market.
Training programs in tailoring, painting, handicrafts, and service-based skills prepare individuals for real-world opportunities.
By offering hands-on learning, we ensure beneficiaries gain confidence, independence, and the ability to create a better future for themselves while uplifting their families and communities.
