Retain Smilez provides free cataract surgeries through mobile surgical units and trusted local partners. From pre-operative counseling to post-operative care, every patient receives holistic support. With over 6,00,000 successful surgeries since 1997, our initiative restores sight, dignity, and independence to elderly individuals, enabling them to live fuller, self-reliant lives.

Specs Camps & Distribution
Through large-scale school and community eye screening camps, Retain Smilez identifies vision issues early and provides free spectacles. Over 2,00,000 children have been screened, ensuring timely interventions, better learning outcomes, and long-term eye health. Our mission is to safeguard the future of young learners and underserved communities through clear vision.

We operate community kitchens serving hygienic, subsidized meals at just ₹40. With over 10,00,000 meals provided, Namma Unavu offers

underprivileged families access

to safe, FSSAI-certified nutrition daily.
Beyond food, it’s a program of dignity and hope, ensuring no one goes hungry while promoting health and well-being in vulnerable communities.
